Beta terms
Last updated: 24 October 2026
What changed: First published.
These terms cover the Oathset closed beta. Our Terms of Use apply to the beta too, and these add to them. You must be 18 or older to take part.
1. Who gets in
- The beta is free. Access comes in waves from the waitlist, in waitlist order, and never depends on a payment.
- Inviting friends moves you up the waitlist, so you may be in an earlier wave. Nothing can be bought to get in sooner.
- The first waves are for players in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Players in the EU and UK join in later waves.
2. What to expect
- The beta is an early version of Oathset, provided as it is. Expect bugs, changes and times when it's unavailable.
- We may change, rebalance or remove anything in the game during the beta.
- Your hero and progress carry over to the full game at launch.
3. Feedback
We'd love to hear what you think. Tell us on our Discord, or email[email protected]. By sending it, you let us use it freely to improve Oathset, without owing you anything.
4. Your information
The beta runs on the real service, so our Privacy Policy applies in full. Itsbeta testing section explains what Apple's TestFlight and Google Play's testing tracks share with us.
5. Leaving the beta
You can stop testing at any time: uninstall the beta, or delete your account (Settings → Delete account, oron the web). We may end the beta, or your place in it, at any time.
